Before you ask
- Is there a minimum order?
- €250 for the first order, €150 for every order after that. Mixed across the range — you do not have to buy a case of one item.
- How long does production take?
- As long as it takes - but no worries, usually we only need 2-3 weeks, while customized designs may take longer; we confirm a date with every order.
- Can I get samples?
- Yes. Samples go out at wholesale price and we credit them against your first full order.
- What are the payment terms?
- Prepayment by invoice or PayPal for the first orders. After a few orders we can discuss net 14.
- Shipping and returns?
- Tracked worldwide shipping with DHL. Faulty pieces are replaced or refunded — just tell us within 14 days of delivery.
- Can you put our logo on it?
- Yes. We engraved wood and metal with a 4k resolution. Exclusive customization and full brand editions are part of what we do daily.
